Greetings from Austria

1,480 meters. Kaiserschmarrn. Kicker tournament. A new K&A framework.

That, in short, pretty much sums up our recent K&A Days in beautiful Austria. We spent three days in the mountains, showed some grit climbing one of them in some serious drizzle, and made it to the top despite a few unexpected and adventurous challenges along the way.

The fresh mountain air sparked plenty of inspiration, leading to a new framework, a deep dive into our processes, and an even bigger appetite for local Kaiserschmarrn.

And of course, being as competitive as we are, a small kicker cup ended with calls for a rematch. But true to our spirit, we wrapped it up not with trophies but with Almdudler in hand.
